A brief COVID-19 Update

Greetings all,

First and foremost we continue to praise the Lord our God who is sovereign over all things. We are in the middle of an unprecedented event as a pandemic has pushed us into our homes to shelter in place. There is a lot to discuss in a time like this, but for now we simply want to offer a logistics update for Piedmont Men of Steel’s weekly gatherings and upcoming events.

Beginning last week (3/16/20) we have temporarily suspended weekly Monday gatherings at Greater Love World Outreach. New information comes out daily and we will do our best to continue to make wise decisions rooted in a deep faith in God as our ultimate deliverer and protector (Psalm 18:2), while also following the example of Jesus, not to test the Lord our God with unwise actions (Matt 4:7). We will likely operate on a similar schedule to many other organizations across our country and will do our best to update you when we see our weekly meetings resuming.

Until our meetings do resume, all scheduled events (including the men’s conference in May and the Family Picnic in June) are tentatively postponed. We are looking by faith to reschedule our men’s conference for sometime this summer. More details will follow as decisions are being made.

We covet your prayers for the ministry and for our world in this time of unknown circumstances. We are grateful for those of you who continue to support us financially during this uncertain time as well. You all are a blessing to us today, and every day.

For His glory and in His power!
